Shipping & Delivery
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase unless your order contains items which are on back order. In the case of a back ordered item, we will contact you to determine an appropriate shipping schedule. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Payment Methods & Purchase Orders
Payment in full is due before products are shipped, unless extended terms have been authorized.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Personal and business checks are accepted and are subject to a 10-day waiting period prior to shipment. For each dishonored check we reserve the right to assess a $45.00 bad check fee. A fee of 1.5% per month will be assessed to all past due accounts.
We accept purchase orders from government agencies. We typically extend up to 30 day terms with approved credit for most government agencies. We reserve the right not to extend credit to any entity. All purchase order transactions must include a hard copy addressed to CMI that describes at a minimum, the quantity and scope of the goods and services being ordered. This protects your agency and reduces confusion and disputes. We reserve the right not to extend terms or not to accept purchase orders from any account(s) that have an outstanding balance or have been delinquent in the past.
Returns & Replacements
A Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA Number) from Center Mass Inc. is required for return shipments. The purchaser is responsible for insuring any product so returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipping. All replaced parts and products become the property of Center Mass Inc.
Any merchandise returned through no fault of CMI will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be shipped pre-paid to CMI.
All special or customized orders, special or customized projects, all training services and any discontinued/clearance item sales are final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Warranty & Returns on CMI Manufactured & Branded Merchandise
CMI provides its retail customers with a 90 day limited warranty on CMI manufactured & branded merchandise from the date the merchandise is invoiced. This warranty is limited to the following stipulations and is determined at Center Mass Inc’s sole discretion:
- Defects in materials and / or workmanship. Limited to repair or replacement.
- This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or application or lack of proper maintenance or abuse.
- Only applicable to CMI branded merchandise.
- Does not apply to training services, special or customized orders, projects or services, shipping, discontinued and/or clearance item, holsters, electronics, optics, firearms, Class III items, or ammunition.
All Other Merchandise
Manufacturer warranties for products that Center Mass Inc. distributes for other companies to retail customers are the responsibilities of those companies, and not Center Mass Inc.
With some exceptions, CMI will accept returns on items within 30 days with a receipt, so long as the product is unopened and not damaged. This does not apply to the following exceptions: our training services, special or customized orders, projects, or services, shipping, holsters, electronics, optics, shipping, firearms, Class II items, ammunition, and discontinued and/or clearance items. Those sales are final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

Range Pass Unlimited Subscription Membership
Upon the date of the initial purchase of CMI’s Range Pass Unlimited Membership program, the owner is entitled to the use of the range (one lane) upon its availability. No product or service discounts or any other benefits are associated with this program. The Range Pass Unlimited Subscription will automatically renew each subsequent month five (5) days prior to the expiration date of the membership. If the card is declined, the system will automatically attempt to re-charge on the following days. When a card is declined, the membership is suspended and cannot be utilized until the matter is resolved. A Range Pass Unlimited Membership can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations must be done in writing by emailing our General Manager at email@example.com. All Range Pass Unlimited Subscription sales are final, and no refunds are given for past months where the Range Pass was not used.
